Grocery and convenience store walk-in
Many shops stock drinks and dairy from the back, so customers reach into glass doors on the shop side while staff restock through a service door behind. This starting point is a 12 by 10 ft cooler laid out that way.
Open this template in the configuratorWhat the starting design includes
- Room: 12 × 10 × 9 ft, walk-in cooler
- Insulated panels 4 in. thick and an insulated floor
- 4 doors
- 2 shelf units
Things to check
- Glass doors open often on a busy shop floor, so usage is set to heavy. The load estimate rises with it.
- Plan the shelf rows behind the glass doors so product can be pushed forward from the service side. Adjust door positions in the Doors step.
This is a starting point for planning, not a quote and not an engineered design. The load shown in the configurator is a preliminary estimate. Trust Cooling confirms the final specification.
